Melissa, I have been looking for a Noe connection through my GGGrandmother, Nancy Comfort Noe, born 26 June 1826, and died 8 Mar 1884. She was married to David Newton Heath, 7 June 1856. There are many Noe's buried at Heath's Chapel at Bean Station. I don't know whether this might be the same Noe or not.
