    3. Hi Kenneth, No, I have not done any further searching yet on this Frances Hodges. My g-g-g-g-gf Moore's cousin, Margaret Moore, married Alexander Keith Bradford in 1852. So I checked some earlier records like censuses and marriages to learn more about him -- age, parents's names, etc. -- and came across these earlier census and marriage records below. I presume that he is the only Alex. K. Bradford and these are earlier wives because the data seem to fit. However, I do not have proof. I don't have the source records with me to check. However, I believe that the 1850 and 1860 census records indicate he is the same man. Because the children surnamed Hodges in the 1850 census probably are from a previous marriage of the wife and there is an 1849 marriage record, I have deduced the likely connection. The Mary E. Bradford, age 15, in 1860 who was not listed in his household in 1850, I have presumed is a daughter of his from a previous marriage. However, I have not looked for her in 1850 and don't know why she wasn't with him. She could be a niece or some other relative rather than his daughter. Also, his marriage to Frances Hodges apparently did not last long since he apparently remarried in 3 1/2 years. Either she died or they divorced rather soon after marriage. When I get around to following up on this, I will let you know what I find. Likewise, let me know if you see any connection. When I get back to my Cameron line in the next couple of weeks, I will get back to you because there are several connections to Hodges which we may benefit from exchanging information about.
