I have a website for the 4th (East) Tennessee Cavalry (USA). While it is not comprehensive for that regiment (I have yet to transcribe the muster rolls for each and every company), it does have links to most of the websites which contain summary information about East Tennessee regiments. I agree that Jeff Weaver's site is certainly as close to comprehensive as you can find online, barring a complete transcription of "Tennesseans in the Civil War", which does not exist as far as I know.
