Hi Karen (and everybody else). Thanks, but it was the FHC I was talking about. I thought I had seen references on the list to people obtaining films of original land records etc. I did find some records for the 1920s on mentioned in the locality index, but this is later than I need. As I said I did find the records that Dale cited in the locality index, but from the years they cover I think they are probably the WPA transcriptions and I have those. BTW does anyone have citations for the Kennerly books. I did find these on film (indeterminate loan), but I think they were missing part of the information I need to cite them. Am still hoping to get access to original filmed records for my immediate ancestors, but I may just have to break down and order them from the archives.
