Hello again Mickey, I have a notarized copy form 1924 that says that Robert Beeler and Penelope Dalton were married 12th Nov. 1861 in Grainger County. This notarized copy also says that the marriage record is in book 3, page 37. I happen to know 100% that this was Penelope Shelton (not Dalton), although it is very strange because a son of Robert and Penelope married Dalton.
