RE: Off-hand, I don't recall where Spring is. My good road map is in the car, and as you may guess from my typing, I'm in no shape to go out there to get it! I have a researcher friend down at Conroe, so if you want me to see if I can find out anything about the daughters around there, give me some particulars and I'll see if I can put you in contact. Betty - -------------------------------------------------------------------------- If I may step in here a moment. There is a Spring, Tx. located on I45 between Conroe and Houston. Hope this is the Spring you are looking for....It has a wonderful place " Old Town Spring " that has several old homes turned into Antique shops, quaint restaurants etc. Actually as you leave Houston to go to Conroe ( or vice versa ) it is hard to tell you have even left Houston. It is a long stretch of the interstate that has business after business after business. All of the towns just seem to connect from Houston to Conroe. After leaving Conroe on I45 going north toward Dallas/Ft.
