A lot of people have apparently learned a lot from the books you have done. We live within a couple of hours so we did our research ourselves but, because of distance, not everyone can go see and search for themselves. I have been in that "closet" too, along with a step ladder, bunches of boxes, books, and loose papers. There is a lot of dust (naturally), the lighting is not very good (naturally in a vault/closet) and the writing on some of the old documents is atrocious or very dim. And that office simply does not have enough room! My husband and I were there over a year ago searching for a will and, looking back on it, I am surprised that we found it. The people in the office were very nice to us, but they can't help the amount of space they have, what has happened to the records over the years, etc. Thank you for the work you do, have done, and will do. It is APPRECIATED!
