Hi, I don't know anything about the Blaine Crossroads, but as a teenager in the 40's growing up in Rutledge we would go to Lee Lakes to swim at one time there was a Hotel there and the Lake had a bath house you had to pay to swim. To go to the Lake we turned off 11W about half way between Red House and Blaine and I though that area was call Lee Springs. Hope this help a little. Mary
