Hi Ross, Thanks for the reply. DEADERICK was a surname that was listed on a marriage lisc. for one of my TRAVIS family. I believe that it may have been a William Deaderick but I don't have that info handy at the moment. I am trying to narrow in on a possible location that my TRAVIS family may have came from before East TN. I thought that finding this Deaderick family may help. Often times one who signs as witness on a marriage lisc. may be somehow be related thru either the bride or the groom. It's a long shot but it's all that I have at the moment. Thanks for any help! I thought there might be a connection to the Deaderick family and researched some on that several (20+) years ago and found nothing. I will check my files to see what I have on them. I believe there was an article on the Deaderick family in John Bennett Bodie or another series of books on Southern Families. > > Ross > > >>> "Blakley" <blakley3@earthlink.net> 01/04/00 02:59PM >>> > Ross, > I see that you have a William Deaderick LEE in your file.
