Christine, We've corresponded abut the MONROE's before, but I never knew you had HILL's in your family, too.Do you know any more about your Margaret HILL? My HILL is Fereby (Phoebe) B. 1816 in Grainger, Mar. in 1838 to Robert (Robin) ADKINS. His parents were Lewis ADKINS and Elizabeth MONROE. Elizabeth is the oldest sister of Marc MONROE. My husband descends from both the ADKINS-MONROE, and Marc MONROE and Nancy DAVIS. We're on vacation with our daughter's family in Tacoma Washington right now, but will be home about Jan 15.
