I have these Meadows - It is believed that Absalom Roach, b. 1759 VA, died 6 Feb 1840 Orange Co. VA, married a Nancy Meadows ca 1783, Rockingham County, VA. Don't know who her parents were. Jonathan Roach, b. ca 1761 Greenbriar Co. VA, d. 14 June 1840, married 2) Rutha Meadows October 1782, Augusta Co. VA. No info as to who her parents were. Both Absalom and Jonathan are believed to be the children of Littleberry Roach and Margaret See. A Molly Roach married William Morris 19 February 1813, Orange Co. VA. She was the daughter of Absalom Roach and Nancy Meadows, if indeed that's who Absalom's wife was. Molly was born ca 1788 VA. Another daughter of thier's named Nancy, b. 1792-1794 VA married Jacob Meadows 8 December 1815 Orange Co. VA. Nothing on early Whiteheads or Meek that I know of. Hope this helps.
