Lot #1 assigned to Sarah MAYES, now owned by her children, William MAYES a son and the interest of her Daughter Nancy Jane Hamerick(w/o John Hamerick) is now owned by Absalom ROACH--1/3 ea. and the remaining 1/3 is owned by her son Nelson ROACH, dec'd as follows: Mollie GALYON, May HARMON, Etta HANSON and Nettie SATTERFIELD ea own a 1/6 and the 1/6 of William H.
