I am a descendant of Lydia Jane Woods who was in the 1850 Giles Co. TN census. Her mother was Mary Polly McKinney. Lydia Jane Woods Zinn's obituary states that she moved with her mother and brothers to Barry Co. MO when she was 14 years old. I am unsure where Joseph Woods was in 1860 & 1870, but I do have a list of some of his descendants and all of his sons were born in Texas. His son Miller Franklin Woods married Oct. 31, 1888 Sebastian Co. AR to his first cousin Columbia Jane Zinn, daughter of Lydia Jane Woods and William Harrison Zinn of Barry Co. MO.
