SAMUEL MONTGOMERY*, were with the SURVEYOR CORPS to "TENNESSEE"-[prior to State-Hood]!!! Sources say they Retired to "GILES/ MAURY, TN"-(circa-1807<<<)!!! Settled Down and Retired on/ near the--- *ELK RIVER/ELK RIDGE CHURCH*---as friends & Neighbors!!! OUR' CAPT. SAMUEL MONTGOMERY- DIED-(1808)-Buried "ELK RIDGE CHURCH"!!!
