Can anyone help me find out who the parents of Sarah were? She was married in Giles County on March 15, 1866 to Bithal Howard. Her marriage is recorded in the County Court Records in Pulaski, Tenn. Microfilm #0968829-30. Would anyone have access to this microfilm or these records that would do a look up for me? I have been stuck trying to find the name of her mother and was hoping it would be in the marriage certificate somewhere. Thanks, Pam
