Here`s hoping someone someplace will step up to the pc and type"Smile, we found your Walls" Well, my Walls were in Giles Co in early 1800`s then went to Fayette Co. Tenn. More than likely my distant cuz` andrea Weil has already been on this list but I`ll try again.. We need to connect up family groups for our Clement K. Wall and wife, Margaret, who res. in Guilford Co NC 1800. There is said to have been 9 boys & one girl(she being Nancy Brown Wall, my 3rd grt grmother) born to this couple. There seems to be 2 different Wall families in the early co. according to some desc. in Pulaski. line includes Simeon V. Wall, son of John B. Wall of Civil War service. These people seem to have gone to Texas. So far the desc`s.do not correspond. There was an Isabella Wall(Wales on the 1880 census) who was the dau. of Thomas Newton Wall who also went to Texas leaving Isabella in Giles Co. where she md. A Capelton.(would like to correspond with these desc,s). There seems to be a connection with John Wall who md. Charlotte Bittick about 1810 or so (I write a lot from memory) The names Newton, Cannon, and all the usuals (John, James etc,) show up in the Wall sons` names. Any mention in court records of any Wall or Walls will be apprecited. We share all info. Sincerely, Sue in Al.
