I was sent information on a John H.Glasgow who belonged to Company D of the 2 Tennessee Mounted Infantry who entered as a private and left the unit as a lieutenant. Also under list of pensioners was John H. Glasgow,company I. This might be the Lt. John Glasco(Glasgow) I have been looking for. 2 Tennessee Mounted Infantry fought for the Union and company I was recruited from Giles and Lawrence Counties according to the Hardin County,TN. website.
