I think I have finally found the Randolph's in Giles Co. that I have been looking for, a great big thanks to all who has helped me get over this part of my brick wall. However, I still have a few questions & am hoping someone can help find an answer. According to the 1910 Giles Co. Census, Frank Randolph was 53, Martha ( his wife ) was 65, a daughter that I can not make out the name of was 21, Emma L. ( my grandmother ) was 18, Ida B. was 18, and a son named Walter was 14. I found these Randolph's on the 4 th civil district, 18-06a. All of the above mentioned were born in Tennessee. Would anyone happen to know... 1) Who was james frank Randolph's parents ? 2) Who was Martha A. Stafford's parents ? 3) Who did Ida Bell or ( belle ) marry ? 4) Who was this other sister ? 5) What ever happened to Walter ? if the census is true, and i believe it is, Martha was born abt. 1845 which means that she was abt. 51 when she gave birth to Walter. Just thought i would throw that in, seemed somewhat strange to me at first to be bearing children at that age, but then again my grandmother ( my mom's mother ) was 40 when she had her last child, so i guess it is not so uncommon afterall, huh ? Anyway, if there is anyone out there who can help me with this family I would appreciate it. and no, I do not expect everyone to do the work for me, but hoping maybe someone might have some info that they may be willing to share.
