I wish wife to have such livestock and personal property and the two tracts of land and proceeds to pay debts. To wife Nancy M. LAIRD all my undivided interest in tract of 1063 acres near Brick Church. I direct four fifths of all rent to be applied to the payment of my debts until they are all paid.
