Howdy, I'm sorry I can't offer any assistance in the recent BROWNLOW queries, but it reminded me that I have a big hole in my family tree. In my LEE family of Giles Co., I have a Celia P. LEE (b. abt. 1810) who married a George BROWLOW. Does anyone have more info on this family? I descend from a brother of Celia, Benjamin Jefferson LEE b.1814. Also I need info on Franklin PETTUS who married a sister, Judith LEE (b. abt. 1808?, d. in Arkansas). I know that there was a BROWNLOW or two who led some Giles Co. soldiers in the Civil War.
