In 1885 Willie married Mary Elizabeth 'Betty' DAVIS in Columbia.. however, they both are on the Giles Co 1880 census..her parents are: James (A ??) and Victoria (V ?) DAVIS..he clerks in a store (possibly grocery, she is a spooler in a factory. When they moved to Columbia..he may have owned the Davis store downtowm..
