Hi! My Barnett family lived in Spartanburg Co, SC. Old John Barnett and Richard Barnett and many others moved from Spartanburg to Giles Co, Tenn. before 1810. There were many Foster families in Spartanburg so you might check those records. I am descended from Richard and John's brother Joroyall Barnett and he died in Spartanburg along with his parents. So my family did not go to Tennessee. Janice Barnett Craft, Greenville, Miss.
