Can someone please explain the 1910 and 1920 districts to me ? My Randolph family is on the 1910 census of Giles Co. listed as the 4 th civil district, Pulaski and Alabama Road, starting with 107 and 108. I do not know very much when it comes to districts, and hope my stupidity is not showing to bad. Any info on this would be appreciated. many thanks. Robbie
