Looking for any information on what happened to the First Settlers of Giles Co. after they were burned out and run off their land by the military from Ft. Hampton during the years 1809-1811. Did they stay and rebuild again, or did they give up and move on to some other place? I am particularly interested in finding any information on James Reynolds, John Reynolds, John Phillips, Benjamin Phillips, William Phillips, Richard Little, and John Cunningham.
