I see the name Tucker appearing a lot now. I am trying to find James "Jim" Tucker who married my great grand mother Sarah Ida Smith in Lewis Co. Tn. December 22, 1914. This was her second marriage. She was the widow of Thomas Newton Smith who died in 1912. Ida and Jim migrated to Ms. about 1928. I would like to obtain his birth date and who his parents were and where he was born. Jim disappeared after moving to Ms. I cannot get a lead on him. The family tells me he went off some where and never returned. Could he have had children in Tn. and returned there? He was very mean to my grand parents and siblings and most likely my grand mother told him to leave.
