I just joined this list, I have been on a few others, only to find out that I was in the wrong counties. I'm looking for the marriage of my greatgrandparents Sam DUNN and Mary Elizabeth LECROY,also the death notice or burial of my greatgrandfather and a great uncle who would of been a child, my grandfather was born in Pulaski on Jan 25, 1881, his name was William L. DUNN, my greatgrandfather was killed in a fight around 1881 or 1882, the child was hit in the knee with a stray bullet and died a few weeks later of gangreen, this child might of been around 6 yrs. My grandmother is listed on the 1870 census for Bedford Co living with her parents, then in 1880 her family is listed living in Madison Co AL and she is not with them, so I take it she is living in Giles Co. and married to Sam DUNN.
