After reviewing my records, it appears that the George Hastings in the photograph was the son of Joseph G. Hastings (aka Joseph G. Hasting) and Angeline Poor (aka Poore). This particular George Hastings married May Day Dunnavant. They moved to Dallas Co., TX. George was a farmer. George died in 1958; MayDay died 5-18-1974. They are buried side by side in the Trinity Cemetery at Wilmer. They had four children. They have living descendants; I've spoken with a few of their descendants. Unfortunately, the g-grandchildren I've manage to locate barely knew George and MayDay's names and they did not have a clue about how to find other relatives. I'm curious about the other Hastings who appeared in the photographs you have. Would you mind sharing that information with me? Ruth
