In today's issue of Review-Journal , a morning newspaper of Las Vegas, NV, there is a large colored picture of a local man who appears to be of black heritage but is almost white. He has a state medical marijuana license to allow him to purchase and use it as a cancer and stroke victim. He appears to be about 65-70 years old. His name is Warren Briscoe. It does my heart good to see that a mother in this century used those combinations to name her son. She obviously was aware of their heritage and proud of it.
