Hey Listers, need a bit of help please. Any have a Giles Co Marriage Book? If so, could you please see if you find a marriage for Crawford Lafayette White to M. Elizabeth Williams Dec 23, 1877. Anyone who knows anything about Crawford, please tell me. I am trying to resolve a problem as to his death date and place. When his father, William Clark White's estate was being settled by his eldest son, James Monroe White, in 1892 James sent a note to Crawford's widow saying 'Dear Sis' sent to Adamsville, McNairy Co TN, regarding her share. I am also told Crawford died 1876 perhaps in TX or lived there at one point. Of course that date is before I am told he died in the date I am told of 1876? Lots of confusion for me regarding him. For his children I have; Martha C. White married Frank Moore Willie White Crawford Jr md Nov , 2883 Giles Co to Mary Haskins Can anyone add to and/or correct my information please?
