Looking for information on the following White family of Giles County, Tennessee. Parents: B.Franklin White, b. 25 Nov 1818 in NC. Married to Martha Ann Clark on 17 May 1838 in TN. I believe the parents of B. Franklin White were Thomas White and Lucy Traylor who married in Rowan County, NC in 1813. The parents of Martha Ann Clark were Thomas & Elizabeth Robinson Clark. White, b. 14 Feb 1843 Giles Co. John Jefferson White, b. 19 Nov 1846 Giles Co., d. 7 Apr 1924, Beaumont, TX. Married to Mary Adelein Derr. Mary F. White, b. 17 Mar 1849 Giles Co., m. 19 Jul 1867 to Columbus Lemon. Buddy White, b. 31 Aug 1851, d. 22 Mar 1852 in Giles Co. Sarah J. White, b. 6 Apr 1853 Giles Co. Martha Orlena White, b. 25 Jan 1857 Giles, d. abt 1929 in Temple, OK, m. 25 Jan 1877 to Charles S. Harwell. Manda Irene White, b. 25 Jan 1857, m. 9 Sept 1877 to Richard Hardison. Allis Leona White, b. 27 May 1863 Giles Co., m. 26 Feb 1885 to George Griffis. Census records indicate this line of White's were in Giles/Lincoln County area as early as 1840, but could have been even earlier.
