Massey, died in Giles Co TN Dec 22, 1897, he being about 45 years old. He had no children. T.A. Massey owned a small tract of land in the 6th District on Dog Branch. He also owned three tenant houses on Shoal Street. T.A. Massey was survived by his brothers, sisters and Nieces, to wit: Winfield S.; John H.; Mary Ann Tennessee, wife of Allen Walls, all of Giles Co TN. Stephen G. of Pluto, Hill Co TX, and brother William J. Massey, residence unknown; nieces and daughters of Elizabeth Massey White; Titia wife of Will Parker of Macon, TN; Zuda wife of James Gooch, Samie White and Bettie White, all of Giles Co.
