Clarence married Eva Caroline Medley on December 29, 1912. Clarence and Eva had a daughter named Mae Belle Rowe born November 24, 1913. Mae married Alvie Franklin Randolph on June 17, 1931 in Athens, Limestone Co. AL. Mae Belle Rowe & Alvie Franklin Randolph had 3 sons according to the obit of Alvie Franklin Randolph : Howard, Billy, and Jerry. Mae Belle Rowe died January 13, 1987 in Athens, Limestone Co. AL.
