Hi all, If you have a Family History Center, run by the Mormon's in your area, you can order a Soundex for the state you are looking in, for 1880, 1900, 1910, 1920 it is like an index, you just go thru the microfilm looking for your surname in Giles Co, noting the page #'s... Then you have them to go to the county.... Soundex's are great because they are for any surname that even sounds likes yours... So if there is variant's in the way you spell the surname you get them all --- i.e.; Stewart/Stuart ----- Original Message ----- From: <marhonda@swbell.net> To: <TNGILES-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, February 07, 2000 3:02 AM Subject: Re: [TNGILES-L] 1880 Census on line > Could someone give the url please?
