To the person who asked: Who is Donna...... I'm no one special......But I felt like the subject of slavery was becoming overwhelming for some of us. I was adding my two-cents worth to move on. It became a debate, not a "discussion". I enjoy the list very much, but when we start attacking eachother, it makes me want to unsub and I don't want to do that. Some of your queries or info may go to the Giles Co. site which I maintain.....and thats MY contribution to you guys and to genealogy in general. But not at the expense of being attacked. My family also came from Giles Co., so there's another purpose that the list is so important to me. I'll continue monitoring the site, but......... Donna
