Good Afternoon, I am sending this obit in hopes that maybe someone on the list knew this woman . This obit was posted in the Polk County Florida paper, The News Chief. I lived across the street from Mrs. Gatlin in Winter Haven, Florida when I was a young girl. Lacy B. Gatlin, 93, of Winter Haven, died of heart failure on Monday, Feb. 7, 2005, at Winter Haven Hospital. She was a native of Minor Hill, Tenn. who came to the area in 1934. She was a fruit sectionizer for 45 years for Bordo's. She was a member of Church of Nazarene in Winter Haven. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Aubrey Gatlin in 1966: a son, Bradford Bullington: a daughter, Rebecca Weatherford: and three step - children, Nadine Kelley, James Gatlin, and Marjorie Bassham. She is survived by a son, Eugene "Gene" Gatlin of Winter Haven; two daughters, Jeanette Luke of Auburndale and Barbara Hickman of West Melbourne; three brothers, Kenneth, David, and Gene Bullington, all of Salem, Ala; two sisters, Lucille Scruggs of Pulaski, Tenn., and Lottie Adams of Athens, Ala.; 14 grandchildren; 15 step - grandchildren; and numerous great and great - great - grandchildren. Visitation will be held on today, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Ott- Laughlin Funeral Home in Winter Haven. Funeral services will be on Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Robbie
