He was a circuit rider for the ME church in Alabama. I've only been able to locate his youngest children from the 1850 census. Also does any one related to the Lewis/Davis/Raleigh Brown family recognize the names Quincy McMinn Brown born c 1828 or Elisha E Brown born about 1815? Elisha was a physician.
