I found the article written below in an old newspaper (1915) and thought this might be of interest to someone. If anyone knows about this family , could you post to this forum for all those researching the White surname to see. It seems in 1915 that a lady who lived in Illinois had put an ad in the Pulaski Citizen looking for her siblings. It is as follows: The Pulaski Citizen, Pulaski, Tennessee April 29, 1915 Information Wanted "An old lady whose maiden name was Sarah White, married a man named Kanady and moved away from Giles County about sixty years ago. She now lives near Shawneetown, Ill. and would like to get in touch with her people. The White family lived in the country between Lynnville and Campbellsville. There were two brothers, James and William, and one other sister, Nancy who married a man named Keltner. If any of the family is living or if any one else can give information about this family he will give pleasure to an old lady who would like to hear from her people again. Address the editor of the Citizen, or George Hanion, Shawneetown, Ill."
