    3. I looked for Jackson Cemetery in the Giles County Tennessee Cemetery Book. There were only two small Jackson Family Cemeteries. on page 9. 1st, CROATA JACKSON CEMETERY "Location: Highway 31A, left on Old Turnpike Road, Left on Jackson Hollow Road on the Robinson farm. Croata Jackson is believed to be buried in the yard of the old homeplace with no marker. Died in early 1900's (or before)." 2nd, "SAMUEL JACKSON CEMETERY "Location: Highway 11. At Minor Hill turn left on Salem Road. Cemetery is behind the house and milk barn across from the Cletis White home. There are approximately 15 to 20 graves marked only with fieldstones. There is only one Marker with an inscription-- In Memory of Nichlas Jackson (no dates) Also, buried here without a marker is James F. Thomas, b. abt 1834, death date not known. He was the son of David Thomas & Mary Taylor Thomas, and the husband of Louisa C. Marbut Thomas." This was taken from "CEMETERY RECORDS OF GILES COUNTY TENNESSEE" Published by Giles County Historical Society, Pulaski, Tennessee, 1986." Copyright 1986 by Giles County Historical Society. 3. Melissa, I was under the impression you had either a book or a cd with the death cert. from 1908-1952. Guess i misunderstood. Now that gas is so much, a trip to Nashville can be expensive from Giles Co. I only wanted these to see if I could get more family info so as to find someone to give the photos i have to the PHILLIPS / MERRILL family in the vicinity of GILES County. I have tried for almost 3 years to find someone. I suppose TSLA has increased the fee for death certs. Last time I was there, about 16 months ago, I put change in the film printer, less than a dollar for Ada PHILLIPS Summers cert. Since I have a very limited income, please delete request. Betty
