She should be on the 1870 and 1880 census with her parents. There are all name indices to both of these censuses. Check the Obion Co. genweb page first for 1870, and www.familysearch.org for 1880, if those don't work, www.ancestry.com (pay site) has a different index to 1870 and 1880.
