Services will be 11 am. Tuesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Eddie Mallonee officiating. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. Monday. Pallbearers will be Brandon Emery, Dustin Butler, Johnny Reed, Chris McLeary, Steve Wheatley and Robert “Butch” Reed. She was born Jan. 3, 1946, in Gibson County, daughter of the late Leonard W. and Myrtle (Whitten) London. She was married to Mike Palmer in 1994. He died July 25, 2004. She had been employed at the former London Paving Co. for 30 years and had also been employed at Superior Fireplace in Union City. She was a member of Union City Second Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Jaynne Erwin of Union City; two sons, Mike Emery and Jody Emery, both of Union City; two sisters, Patsy Reed and Barbara McLeary, both of Dyer; eight grandchildren, Brandon Emery, Dustin Butler, Micah Emery, Hunter Emery, Alyssa Erwin and Madison Erwin, all of Union City, and Joseph Emery and James Robert Emery, both of Tiptonville; and her great-grandchild, McKinley Emery of Union City; She was also preceded in death by her brother, Ray London.
