Hi Kenn, If RAOGK - http://www.raogk.org/listing.htm can't help, then I would do a Google search and type in "Public Library" + Martin + Tennessee or if Martin does not have a library, replace Martin with Gibson County. You can usually e-mail the librarian and give them the info on death and most library charge very little, if anything for an obit.
