CANNADY, Jr., of Indianapolis, Ind.; three daughters, Mrs. Gladys MURPHY, of Alamo, Mrs. Marie MOORE and Mrs. George R. SMITH, of Memphis; one brother, Robert E. BOYKIN, of New Castle, Ind.
