She was 2cd wife of Joseph P. Taylor, Jr.circa 1798-1880 Don't know anything about her family except the 1850 Obion Dist 8 Census had a "Polly" Kennedy age 82 perhaps her mother or grandmother living with family. Census says Polly born in VA Believe Cynthia's children are Hulda, Amanda, Winifred, Joseph, Sarah, Rebecca, Fredrick, Jefferson, John If you can attach Cynthia to any of your families please let me know.
