I had looked at the CARAWAY Family because Jesse CARAWAY was living with my husband's GGGrandfather James (Harve) Wilson in 1860 and 1880. I'm not sure how he might be related, it says step-uncle in the census. He must be related to John WILSON's wife's first husband, Elisha KEATHLEY. I have his parents listed as Adam CARAWAY and Elizabeth KEATHLEY.
