He didn't come to TN, but the Reuben and Sally Biggs he mentioned in his will came to Stewart Co TN in 1818. At least I assume Sally (maiden name supposed to have been Williams) made the trip with Reuben; I believe she died 1820-1830. I'm not sure if any of her brothers came to Tennessee, but I suspect they may have come to Stewart Co or Gibson Co TN also. Besides Sally (Williams?) Biggs, the grandchildren Thomas Williams named in his will were James Williams, Luke Williams, Cansaday Williams, Bertimos Williams, Lennice or Lettice Williams, Winifred Williams and Elizabeth Williams. How old these people were I can't say. Some may have been Sally's siblings, some may have been cousins. Reuben was born in 1775. Judging from census records I would guess Sally was born shortly before then.
