Roscoe Butler (son of John Q. A. and Louise Ella Sanders) from Gibson County married a 'beautiful black-haired girl' named Hester Hendrix. In the early 1900's I suppose. They farmed in Crockett County. Does anyone happen to have a Hester Hendrix in your family? My cousin, who lived with them during her high school years (mid 1940's), would be thrilled if I could find a a background for Hester.
