I am looking for the Birth certificate/info from said document on the GGrandfather of my children (Dad's side). All I have on him, is his name: JAKE MENDELSON, that he was born in MEMPHIS, TN around 1873. He apparently was a Truck Driver, was married to someone in or around Memphis & had 5 children (4 girls, DOROTHY-HELENE-RUTH-LORRAINE/1 boy, HARRY). Either divorced or a widow, went to Chicago, where he met a girl by the name of AMANDA PAPENFUSS, who was about 16 years his junior. They married and had 1 son, MARTIN GEORGE MENDELSON, b: 05 Feb 1909. Any info that can sent will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, pattimm@mindspring.com
