Can someone help me? I have been searching for the proper place to write for a marriage certificate dated 1863. Do I write Gibson Co. Court House or TN State Archives? Has anyone ever written for a marriage certificate around that time period? If so what information did it tell you. I've requested and paid for documents before and the information was very poorly documented. So I thought I would ask before I requested this time. Thanks Becky
