In the 1870 Federal Census for Gibson County, I found the following Stewarts Stewart, P.A. 35 M W brick mason 500 TN Stewart, Martha 33 F W K HOUSE TN Stewart, Nancy 10 F W at home TN Stewart, William 9 M w at home TN Stewart, Mary 7 F W at home TN Stewart, George 5 m W at home TN Stewart, Sarah 3 F W at home TN This William would be the right age to be my g-grandfather William Thomas Stewart, who married Barbara Jane Walters.
