Does everyone out there know about historic Shade's Bridge? It was the sight of hundreds of baptisms north of Skullbone. The Shade's Bridge was named for Shadrach "Shade" Madison (an African-American) who lived in the area (and I believe helped build the bridge, gave money or land or something).
